Ever since Suresh Raina has pulled out of the IPL 2020, the world has speculated so many reasons behind his abrupt decision. Initially, Raina had cited “personal reasons” behind pulling out of this season. As per the latest reports, the batsman left UAE as he was not happy with the room provided to him.
Raina’s departure has obviously come as a huge blow for the team, especially after a few CSK members tested positive of COVID-19. CSK owner N Srinivasan also reacted on the 33-year-old’s exit means he would miss out on this season’s salary.
In the midst of all this, Kedar Jadhav posted a tweet taking a jibe at the veteran all-rounder on Monday. The tweet indirectly indicates the recent incident that led to Raina’s abrupt departure from UAE. In his tweet, Jadhav posted a video with a caption: “On the path of excellence – you find 1000 excuses to let go, but only 1 reason to hold on. The choice is YOURS !”
His cryptic tweet has now led to fans guessing what might have exactly happened within the team in the UAE. Raina returned to India on August 29 and him missing out of this season leaves CSK in a dilemma of his replacement for the upcoming season. The left-handed batsman has scored 5368 runs in 193 matches and also the second-highest run-scorer in the history of IPL. The highest-scorer is RCB’s skipper Virat Kohli, who has scored 5412 runs in 177 matches.
