Zimbabwe Cricket on Tuesday said that they are yet to confirm the speculated white-ball series of the Pakistan tour. Earlier, the Zimbabwe cricket team was scheduled to tour Pakistan between October and November month.
As per the ESPN Cricinfo, the Zimbabwe Cricket president Tavengwa Mukuhlani is optimistic about PCB’s response over the series.
The series is tentatively supposed to start from October 20 at Multan Cricket Stadium where the international cricket will be back after 12 years.
Zimbabwe cricket team is yet to get clearance for travel only then both the boards will confirm the tour with the official dates.
The PCB is also working on the mechanism to stage the series at home and also in talks with the ECB and the ICC on the same. They are also working on the arrangements so that players won’t have to undergo quarantine period of more than one week.
Earlier, PCB had announced their domestic season schedule for 2020-21 season despite the coronavirus pandemic.
