Delhi Capitals restricted UP Warriorz to 138/6 in their 20 overs after electing to bowl first. Tahlia McGrath topped UP Warriorz in scoring with an unbeaten 58 off 32 balls. For Delhi Capitals, Alice Capsey took three wickets, while Radha Yadav and Jess Jonassen both claimed one wicket.
Meg Lanning led the charge for Delhi Capitals, who were chasing a 139-run target, as she scored 39 runs off 23 balls to allow them to reach 142/5 in just 17.5 overs. For UP Warriorz, Shabnim Ismail took two wickets, but it wasn’t enough to stop Delhi’s progress towards victory.

The eliminator will now take place on Friday at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, where UP Warriorz will now face Mumbai Indians. The winner of that match advances to the final and will face Delhi Capitals, which will take place at the Brabourne Stadium on Sunday.
Overall, it was an impressive performance by Delhi Capitals, who had also dominated Mumbai Indians in their last encounter. With their spot in the final secured, Delhi Capitals will now look to maintain their momentum and clinch the maiden WPL 2023 title.
