ICC Rankings: While there seems to be no major change in the top 3 ranks in the Men’s T20I Batting Rankings, there is a change in the ratings of the players. Pakistan wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan has maintained his top spot with 854 points.
ICC Batting Ranking:
While the battle for the top spot never ends, Indian batsman Suryakumar Yadav fell short of 16 points, hence continuing his second spot. With the stellar show he put up recently where he hit an 18-ball 50 against South Africa, his rating increased from 826 to 838.
Talented Pakistan right-handed batsman Babar Azam maintained his third spot. Australian batsman, Aaron Finch slipped down 1 place to 6th position whereas Dawid Malan of England took over the 5th spot after a good performance in the series against Pakistan.
Quinton de Kock rocketed up by 7 places to reach the 12th spot on the list. KL Rahul went past seven spots to reach 14th position while Indian captain Rohit Sharma dropped from 13th to 16th.
ICC Bowler Ranking
Leading the charts of Men’s T20I Bowling is the consistent Australian seamer, Josh Hazlewood. The Afghanistan leg-break bowler, Rashid Khan jumped in front of the South Africa bowler, Tabraiz Samsi to notch the second spot. Shamsi dropped to fifth and Aussie bowler Adam Zampa shot two places up to seal the fourth spot. Wanindu Hasaranga of Sri Lanka moved up two places to secure the third spot. The proteas tweaker, Keshav Maharaja is a new entrant to the top 10.
Mohammad Nabi continues dominating the chart for Men’s T20I All-Rounder Rankings. The top rankings remain undisturbed for the All-Rounders List. Explosive Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya continues his stay in the 5th position.
The battle for the top in the Men’s T20I Batting Rankings will be something to look out for.
