The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest edition of the player rankings. Ace Indian batsman Suryakumar Yadav continued to retain his throne in the ICC T20I Rankings and hold the ultimate first position in the Men’s T20I Batsmen Rankings.
The lean patch of Yadav had raised the speculations of him losing the top spot. However, his ratings remained static with 906 points in his kitty and the Pakistani duo of Mohammed Rizwan and Babar Azam failed to surpass his flamboyant record. Yadav is over 100 points ahead of the second-placed Rizwan (796).
Notably, Suryakumar Yadav remains the lone Indian batsman in the Top 10 after which Virat Kohli is placed at the 15th position that he retained in the current rankings.
Hardik Pandya continues to be in second place in the all-rounder’s rankings behind Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan whereas India’s pacing duo of Arshdeep Singh and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar have moved a place down to the 14th and 19th position respectively.
